In my opinion, 2K should’ve waited to release the Android version of the game until the game is 100% complete. It is the same price as the iOS version, even though the Android version is missing a lot of features that are already available in iOS. The game is currently priced at $7.99 USD or roughly Php430.00 when converted into Philippine Peso. Decent processor and at least 2GB of RAM.
